Platform & Services
Dr Psy ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online telepsychiatry platform that connects patients with licensed psychiatrists for video-based mental health consultations. The platform is operated in India and accessible at drpsy.terradigitalizedynamics.com.
Services offered include:
- Secure video-based psychiatric consultations (first consult and follow-up)
- Appointment scheduling and management
- Online prescription generation and transmission, where legally permissible
- Self-assessment and mental wellness screening tools
- Mental health education content, including health tips, awareness videos, and blogs
- AI-assisted chatbot support, for non-clinical information only
- Tele-psychotherapy and tele-counselling sessions
Eligibility
To use this platform, you must:
- Be physically located within the territory of India at the time of consultation.
- Be 18 years of age or older, or be a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides consent.
- Provide valid identity proof as requested prior to your consultation.
- Provide accurate and honest information to your consulting psychiatrist.

Children under 16 years must be accompanied during the consultation by a parent or legal guardian whose identity and relationship with the child must be verified. For children aged 16-17, parental consent is still strongly recommended.
Nature of Service
Crisis helplines in India:
- iCall (TISS): 9152987821

Telepsychiatry on this platform is an elective, scheduled service. It is not a substitute for in-person psychiatric care in all situations. Your psychiatrist retains professional discretion to recommend in-person consultation at any stage.
The AI chatbot (MaankiAi) on this platform is informational and supportive only. It is not a clinical tool, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace a consultation with a licensed psychiatrist.
Patient Obligations
By using this platform, you agree to:
- Provide your true identity, accurate age, and correct contact information, and submit to identity verification before each consultation.
- Disclose your physical location at the time of each consultation, as required by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020.
